I’ve been a skincare hoarder for years and I’ve always wanted to start a beauty blog here on Instagram so I finally did it! I have oily skin that tends to be acne prone if I’m not constantly caring for it. I’d say my biggest issues are texture and some discoloration. I’ve used sooo many products over the years, both domestic and foreign and some have worked, others not so much, and some I’m trying to figure out. I really enjoy Korean skincare and recently did a year abroad there that allowed me to explore so many different products that I’m so excited to share with everyone because they’re incredible. These are some of the products I love to use these days and I hope I’ll be able to give you guys more in depth reviews but for now, I’ve give you mini ones~
#lush Dark Angels is a charcoal based scrub that’s great for oily skin. I use it every night for a quick scrub in the shower to make sure I get all the oil of the day off my face before bed.
Honey Silk Facial Serum is a moisturizing serum that I apply each morning before I put on any cosmetics. It’s a miracle product, I swear it has made my skin smoother than a baby’s.
Anti-blemish purifying toner is just as it’s called, an anti-blemish toner. It was recommended to me by a salesperson when I was Seoul who said it helped control the oils on your skin and in turn blemishes and she was not lying. I use this twice a day, in the morning and the evening and I rarely have breakouts now.
Eggplant Clearing Mud Mask was an impuse buy in Seoul that I have 0 regrets about. It leaves your skin feeling so so smooth and you can feel the effect for several days after. I use it when I’m having break outs and it works like a charm.
Perfect UV Suncreen is a 50spf+ sunscreen from Japan. Another impuse buy, the formula leaves your skin feeling primed and silky, as well as protected.
