On the weekend do you throw in the towel with your workouts & nutrition because “it’s the weekend I can do whatever I want?” 🤔When I started my journey over a year ago, I had to discipline myself when it came to the weekends. I would set myself up for success with planning my workouts & my meal plans around the weekend’s activities. If you want to succeed, you have to plan. Fail to plan or plan to fail. Which one are you?
