#guiltfree! 🙆♀️ INGREDIENTS
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup old fashioned quick oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar of your choice
1/4 cup agave nectar/maple syrup
1 tablespoon molasses (optional)
2 tablespoons ground flax mixed with 6 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips
NOTE: I'm a chocolate chip cookie lover, but you can totally omit the chocolate for cinnamon or any nut of your choice.
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. In a bowl, combine the oat flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
3. In a large bowl, combine the molasses, sugar, maple syrup, flax egg and vanilla.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined then fold in chocolate chips.
5. Let the dough sit for 10 minutes at room temperature, then scoop 1 heaping tablespoon of cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart from each other.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Lift the cookies off the baking sheet and transfer to a cooling rack. They will harden as they cool. Best stored in the freezer
