Recipe: 1:1:1 ratio of egg to tbsp butter to oz cream cheese. i.e. 6eggs, 6tbsp butter, 6oz cream cheese, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 8 drops liquid stevia. Put in blender or use hand mixer to beat til smooth. Так як спосіб життя пов'язаний тісно з health lifestyle, цікавлюсь звісно деякою інформацією з приводу здоров'я та харчування та й хотів би дечим поділитися, принаймі буде можливо над чим задуматись, а іноді і спробувати виключати свій автопілот в цьому напрямку✈️ Так як зараз пішла мода на "здорове харчування" і існує безліч стереотипів навколо цього,напр, часто чути від деяких інструкторів у фітнес залах раціони, дозування добавок, дробне харчування n-ну кість разів і т. д., що начиталися модних фітнес журналів (якірними спонсорами яких і виступають виробники продукції з лозунгами Mega, Super, Huge... ), хочеться на дещо розкрити очі.
От тепер дещо про протеїн,
точніше чому варто контролювати кількість білка/амінокислот в усьому раціоні, а не завалювати ним себе без меж до розмірів Шрека😂 ⚠️ Звісно наш організм потужна система - лабораторія, яка здатна саморегулюватись і самоналаштовуватись 🎯 для своєї життєдіяльності але... Трішки вступу з науки для розуміння.
Кількість клітин в організмі людини - близько 100 триліонов (добавте ще 12 нулів) . Самі короткоживучі з них (1—2 дня) - це клітини кишечного епітелію. Тільки їх щоденно вмирає близько 70 мільярдів клітин🤦‍♂️, а ще і інші ж є...
А тепер цікаве. ☑️ Робота внутріклітинного білка mTOR при надлишковій кількості протеїну!
Якщо амінокислот чи протеїну забагато в організмі, то збільшується активність білка mTOR (є такий у нас), клітини починають ділитися і рости; якщо ж активність mTOR є низькою, то відбувається процес збереження і відновлення існуючих клітин.
Підвищений рівень білка mTOR приводить до росту ризику онкозахворювань, оскільки він подавлює природний механізм виведення з організму дефектних клітин (див. про кількість мусору так званого вище), а захворювання стартують саме з таких "поламаних" клітин🙄 ☑️ Клітини діляться в обмеженій кількості разів!
Границя кількості поділів соматичних клітин, для більшості людських клітин, складає 52 поділи (це відкриття названо в честь вченого як ліміт Хейфліка). Тобто ми живемо і старіємо виходячи з цього процесу.
Тобто чим більше і швидше клітини ростуть і діляться, тим швидше ця кількість буде використана 🙄

Beets, cod, spinach, and butternut squash.
Fell a little bit off track last night (had some dark chocolate and a spoonful of peanut butter, and a TINY bit of pizza crust cuz I honestly felt like I’d die without it lol). But to be honest, after my Saturday of just sitting there and watching others eat bread, Mexican food, desserts, chocolate, Chinese food, pizzas, wine, beer & other alcohol, and rejecting the continuous offers countless times, I’m cutting myself some slack lol.

Love a warm nutritious salad loaded with greens, herbs and nuts. This Greens Brown Rice Quinoa and Pine Nut Salad is quick to prepare and full of flavour. You’ll need: * 1 cup cooked quinoa
* 1 cup cooked brown rice
* 5 tablespoons EVOO
* Fresh or dried herbs (I used a combination of fresh and dried thyme and oregano - a couple of tablespoons)
* 1 cup parsley leaves roughly chopped
* Asparagus chopped into 3cm pieces
* 2 heads of broccoli cut into small florets for quick cooking
* 1 brown onion finely chopped
* 1 leek thoroughly wash and finely chopped
* 8 cloves of garlic finely chopped
* 1/2 cup white wine
* Sea salt and black pepper
* 1/2 cup of toasted pine nuts

Cook your brown rice and quinoa in separate pots according to instructions. For extra flavour I often cook my rice and quinoa in vegetable stock with added minced garlic. Leave covered to keep warm while you prepare the rest of the meal. Heat the olive oil in a deep pan. Sauté the onion, leek and garlic for a few minutes until the onion and leek are translucent. Add the broccoli florets and cook until still firm but cooked through. Add the wine and stir through. Cook for a further 2 minutes and then toss in the asparagus. Stir for a minute and then add the quinoa and brown rice. You may need to add a little more EVOO at this stage. Toss through the fresh parsley, some sea salt and black pepper and the toasted pine nuts. Serve and enjoy! #vegansalad #warmsalad #quinoa #asparagus #healthyhabits #healthyliving #nutritious

They make me feel more alive, I have more energy, my skin has evened out again, I have much less fatigue and pain levels are kept very well managed. My eyes are bright, my brain functions better... My gut health and stomach issues have improved in an incredible way and my PID and endometriosis has calmed down much more than I thought possible by nutrition. I've always known the importance of a good diet but these products and the company have opened my eyes even wider! And in doing so my weight keeps off a lot more than if I didn't take them. Yes they cost a bit but nothing near what the food equivalent would be.
Win win.

Good morning and Good Saturday!! 👋 I wanna share with you this recipe! HEALTHY VEGAN COOKIES!! 🍪
Ingredients 👉 1 1/2 almond flour @bobsredmill , 1/2 C. GF Oats @bobsredmill , 1 C. Almond butter, 1/3 C. Sugar free syrup @lakantosweetener, 1 Chia Egg (1 T. Chia seeds + 3 T. Water), 1 t. Baking soda, 1 handful blueberry,1 scoop collagen @vitalproteins, 1 T. Flax seeds, 1 T. Walnuts.
How to 👉 Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix all the Ingredients together. Using a tablespoon spread your cookie dough on a non stick cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool.
