Hugh and I made a big decision to begin making better food choices for us and our family...and begin eating to live not living to eat. -
We are almost 2 weeks into this life change (please keep in mind this was not a change just to lose weight ...at least not for all of us...the kids don’t need to lose weight we just want them healthy) but I AM down 12 pounds 🙌from my pre-pregnancy weight 😳and Hugh Waldron is down about 6 pounds... and we aren’t hungry... we eat as much as we want all day!
But more importantly we have sooo much energy... no more halfway afternoon naps needed...

The kids behavior has been amazing I swear it’s the elimination of sugar 👍
What have we done to get these results? Plant based Whole Foods are all that’s on our menu... no animal products (minus honey) no oils of any kind and no sugar except that that is naturally occurring in fruit.
Also we have added Full spectrum CBD and ningxia to our daily regimen which has curbed our appetites 🙌 aided in any inflammation and upped our immune systems. -
