London Outdoor Workout 💪🏼 | SWIPE LEFT for MORE 🔥
This is a quick chest & leg workout (weird I know) I recorded whilst in London today. All you need is a bench and yourself so no excuses for this one ☺️

Not going to lie, this was very spontaneous but I thought I’d record some outdoor exercises you can do anywhere. I only did 1 set of each but if you’re gonna try this, do 3-4 sets and add in any exercises as you wish.

PRO TIP: the more you incline the angle of push ups, the easier it is, so choose a variation that works for you.

Also, might not be the best idea to do this in skinny jeans but had to work with what I had 😂

인클라인 푸쉬업으로 하나

그냥 바닥에서 하나

뭐 하나 쉬운 게 없다

인클라인으로 하려 했더니
침대가 너무 푹신해서
등이 풀렸다

등을 동그랗게 말았는데
내려갔다 올라오면서
전인이 풀림

인클라인은 봉 형태를 잡아야

기울이기가 좀 더 수월하지
않을까 싶지만

사실상 무릎대든
인클라인으로 하든
바닥에서 풀푸쉬업으로 하든

"엉덩이 눌러주기",
"전인(애써서 동그랗게 말아놓은 등) 풀리지 않게 하기"
"미끄러짐 조심"

이게 어려운 듯

등은 앞으로 말아야 하는데,
등을 말다보면 엉덩이는 당연히 같이 들리는건데,
엉덩이를 눌러주면서 등을 말아야 한다고 한다

진짜 엉덩이를 눌러주면
등이 풀리고,
등을 앞으로 말면
엉덩이가 올라가고

어쩌다가 타이밍 잘 맞춰서
등을 앞으로 말았는데
엉덩이도 잘 눌려서
횡재했다 싶으면?

등이 또 금방 풀린다거나
발등이나 발가락이 미끄러지면서
바닥을 청소한다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
내가 스토리에 "바닥청소하냐?ㅋㅋ"
라는 제목으로 올린 영상보시길 바람ㅋㅋ

이거는 아무래도
하고 싶다면
얘보다는

할로우 바디 플랭크(손바닥을 바닥에 대고 엎드려뻗쳐 상태에서 버티는데 그냥 버티는 게 아니라 등을 내가 영상 속에서 말아놓은 것처럼 말아놓고 버티는 거)

기울이기(할로우 바디 플랭크 자세에서
손바닥이 어깨보다 훨씬 아래에 위치한 상태에서 몸을 앞으로 기울인 상태로
엎드려뻗쳐 하는 거)

기울이기와 할로우바디플랭크를
통해 엉덩이 눌러주는 연습과,
전인(날개뼈 사이가 멀어지게끔 등을 앞으로 말아서 고양이 등처럼 만드는 것)
풀리지 않게 전인 자세에서 버티는 연습,
발에 미끌려서 넘어지지 않게 버티는 연습
(일반 엎드려뻗쳐 자세와는 달리 굉장히
버티기가 어렵다, 자꾸 발등과 발가락에 쓸려서 넘어짐)

등을 해야 할 거 같다

기울이기와 할로우바디플랭크
자세 이 두 개를
각1분씩5셋은 할 수 있어야지

그 다음에 푸쉬업을 건드려볼 수 있을듯

영상 속에서 보이다시피
저 푸쉬업은
손바닥 위치가 허리 근처이다보니

저거를 벽에서 연습하기란 여간 어려운 게 아니다
(벽에서는 기울이기를 할 수 없으니까)

벽을 깎아서 사선으로 만들지 않는 이상
저 푸쉬업을 벽에서 연습하는 건
저 푸쉬업 구조상 아예 불가능이다

낮은 봉을 잡고 하거나
스미스머신 봉 내려서 연습하지않는
이상 저걸 어떻게 벽에서
연습해

아~당연히 체력시험용으로
연습하는 건 아니다

아마, 내가 영상 속에서
한 자세로는
체력학원 선생님들만
만점받으실걸?ㅎㅎ

체력시험 때는
중립 포지션(그냥 일자 등 / 모양 나오는 거)에서 푸쉬업
하거나
후인하강(가슴을 펴서 가슴을 앞으로 내밀고 날개뼈를 뒤로 모아준 자세) 포지션에서 해야지

체력 때
전인(영상 속에서 내가 등을 말아놓은 모양) 하는 사람은

"내가 체력학원 선생이라
어느 포지션이든 영향 안받는다"

이 정도 아닌이상은
아마 체력보는데
전인하는 사람은 없을거라 본다

Reflection:
I’m not perfect I don’t go to the gym everyday and lately I haven’t been resting enough and have been lacking energy to get through long days. After about two weeks it only felt right to come to the gym and set a goal for this week to keep me active and energized. My goal is to be active 3 times for this week.
My arms are weak and I’m working on strengthening them. It was definitely difficult.

Incline push-ups primarily target the middle to lower region of the chest, Noel the Sternal region. They take a little pressure of the front of the shoulders and triceps, making them great for anyone who finds full push-up just to hard.
In standard push-up, where your feet and hands are parallel to the floor, you resist about 70 percent of your body weight. An incline push-up uses physics to your advantage. When you angle your upper body higher, your lower body supports a greater amount of that weight, so you end up pushing less resistance .
Modify your push-up so that your hands are higher than your feet at an incline, and put more emphasis on the middle portion of the chest. Place the hands lower than the feet at a decline, and your upper chest and fronts of the shoulders feel the burn. !!! #pushupsworkout

Modifying an exercise doesn’t make you weak.
Adjusting intensity or load during a workout or fitness class doesn’t make it “not worth it.” You don’t have to go all out in every workout, that’s not the point.

Intense HIIT workout-warmup-one mile run OR, 8 min jump rope. 4 exercises X 10 sets-40 seconds of hard work, then 20 seconds break, repeat. Do one exercise at a time, for the whole 10 sets, then do next exercise.

Total rep count to date : 7200. - Full disclosure, man my neck has been tight for the last two days. So I opted to move these up a day in hope that I can help my neck feel better tomorrow. This is my first set. I was able to rep out 35 before I started to feel my neck. So I stopped there even though I was targeting 50. But I rather be smart and fight another day without having to take a break, especially with travel coming up. - Set up in a regular push up position on a sturdy object that will place your hands higher than your feet. Then perform your push ups in this position.
