Here’s how I can help!
My go-to oils right now are Lavender, Myrrh, and Peace and Calming II. 🌱
I diffuse 3-4 drops of P&C II and 3-4 drops of Myrrh, depending on how strong I need it. Sometimes I’ll put a drop or two of Myrrh on my wrists and rub my neck as well. This just gives me a calming release of energy and allows my nerves to relax and prepare to sleep. 🌱
I diffuse about 5 drops of lavender when I come home from work if I’m really anxious and overstimulated, I use 6-7 drops and one on each wrists. 🌱 - -
A few oils that are in the Peace & Calming blend are:
Northern Lights Black Spruce grounds the body, creating the feeling of balance necessary to receive and to give.
German Chamomile may be used to soothe and clear the mind, creating an atmosphere of peace and patience.
Vetiver is psychologically grounding, calming, and stabilizing, helping to relieve stress and recover from emotional traumas and shock. It may also help induce a restful sleep.
Cistus may help to quiet the nerves and elevate meditation and sleep.
Bergamot may help to relieve anxiety, depression, stress, and tension.
Cassia helps to support other oils in the blend and may help to calm and soothe.
Davana may help improve hormonal balance and may also help ease anxious feelings and nervousness.
