Sometimes we feel less than positive about someone in our lives. 🌿
Maybe you have a friend that you love, but they haven’t been a great friend lately and you feel hurt by them. Maybe you have a spouse you love that has been battling depression for a long time and you feel some resentment at their lack of progress. Maybe you love your parent, but you feel angry with how they talked about something. 🌿
Maybe you’ve been feeling a lot of mixed emotions about someone in your life that you care about, but their presence is making you unhappy. 🌿
These are hard circumstances to wrap our minds around. How can we both love someone, but also be so disappointed in the relationship at the moment? It’s a sad and painful place to be, but it’s not wrong. The mixed feelings are there for a reason and you’re allowed to experience that. 🌿
Relationships are hard and people are complicated. The people in our lives are not always going to be everything we need and that is hurtful in those moments. 🌿
Allow yourself to feel and in time, hopefully the relationship mends or you make a decision to give yourself some true distance.
