Low impact full body!

I took a few days off from working out, I’ve been busy and really sore. It’s important to listen to your body and rest up when you need it! Usually after I take a few days off, I like to get back to it with a full body workout. This workout took about 40 minutes including stretching afterwards.
Workout:
1️⃣/2️⃣ 4 pull-ups / 4 chin-ups 4X8 (30 seconds rest in between) can be assisted!
3️⃣ glute bridge hold with chest press 4X15
(30 seconds rest)
4️⃣ 5 stability ball single leg hamstring curls to 10 both legs 4x20
(30 seconds rest)

I finished off with my 50 pushups with 3 sets of 15, and then the last 5.

The single leg stability ball work is one of my favorites because it challenges the legs, abs, and back. No matter what I always feel that burn deep within my hamstrings. Working on stability exercises like this are great because keeping your core muscles strong creates a great foundation for all movement.
I’m so so stoked because I get to see @nmamochine today for the first time in 7 weeks!! He got back to the US all in one piece (except for his broken nose 🤪) so tonight we are going to feast it up probably with lots of pizza. Now my OG videographer is back!!! ENJOY THE WEEKEND EVERYONE!! ☺️

Over time, these core musculatures become weakened and dysfunctional. Plank is a great exercise to strengthen your core and your other abdominal muscles.

I love stability ball workouts! I incorporate them in whenever possible 99% of the time bc they are great for preventing in injuries!
Anyway, her workout is awesome! I do all of these moves! This is a very targeted workout! It is fun, but you will definitely feel the burn I the inner/back/outter thigh, core (balance), and the bum!
If you aren't so good w balancing you can use a stick or counter. #fitfun

Good morning world! What a day! #babycare takes a lot of energy and there should be a way how to refill it. For me the answer is ✨Y O G A✨. While my #mom was taking my beautiful #babyboy for a walk I used the opportunity to #practiceyoga outdoor ☀️ New space and soil. New faces and sounds around. Practicing outside and being in contact with the nature... Beautiful experience! I definitely need to repeat this soon! My #yogaselfpractice is still focused on #armworkout #wriststrength and #coreworkout 😍 here and there I do also some standing #balancingposes which require leg strength and upper body flexibility in addition to the ability to balance on one leg. I felt this one ALLLL over.

I was at the end of my workout and running out of time and wanted to do something to quickly target full body, mostly abs. This is what I came up with. 🔥 I did 18 reps on each side and then I wanted to kick it up a notch and wondered if I could toss and catch the medicine ball.

I LOVED this exercise! It was new, intense, and a little scary there at the end! Push yourself to new limits in the gym, and you’ll feel a sense of pride in yourself that bleeds through to other areas of your life. 💪

The stability ball is a great and unique way of training, bringing together elements of stability, strength, and balance. In this video we’ll look at Stability Ball Knee Tucks and Pushups to train core, pushing strength, stability, and balance.

The movement starts out with a rollout. As you roll forward, make sure to maintain a hollow body and make sure your arms remain straight. When your body is fully extended (only your feet wll be on the ball at this point), lower into a pushup while maintaining hollow body.

After the pushup comes a knee tuck. To perform a knee tuck, drive the knees to the chest while making sure that the arms remain fully extended. Reverse the movement by extending the knees, return to pushup position, and repeat. @gregtheovercomer demonstrates in todays video.

Tip – To increase the intensity, try additional pushups, or explosive pushups.
